Valerie Dubois, Principal

California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (CLPF#1452)

National Certified Guardian (NCG)

After caring for her mom and her uncle in their final years, Valerie was inspired to become a professional fiduciary. As she managed their financial and health care needs, she realized how vulnerable and overwhelming it can be to navigate through your final years…especially if you don’t have trusted family or friends that are willing and able to help.

Before transitioning to fiduciary work, Valerie spent 25 years in high-tech product management, where she earned a reputation for deeply understanding customer priorities and leading cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions. Her strengths include organization, analytical thinking, compassion, dedication, and kindness.

Valerie applies these skills to her role as a professional fiduciary. She is committed to understanding your priorities, dreams, and needs, and using this insight to guide her work on your behalf.

Valerie graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a technical communications certificate. She completed her certificate in Professional Fiduciary Management at the California State University, Fullerton and is a general member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC).

As a California licensed fiduciary, Valerie is regulated and monitored by the Professional Fiduciaries Bureau, a licensing agency connected to the California State Department of Consumer Affairs. Valerie must meet annual education requirements and abide by a Code of Ethics
